At Valeur Cosmetics, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email cosmeticsvaleur@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. After 48 hours, I will be unable to assist with damage or incorrect-item claims.
